Margie Raymond was raised in South Florida & moved to Ocean County, NJ to raise her children in 2004. She comes from a background of over 15 years in the Sales, Marketing & Education fields. She brings those skills developed in her years of experience & travel when working with her real estate clients.

Margie attended Nova Southeastern University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Business Marketing. Her skills give her a unique insight into how to communicate effectively, educate clients through the process, research the market for the best outcomes & learn the information needed to protect clients, as well as market properties.

Margie entered the Real Estate world in order to follow in her father's footsteps. She loves to share her passion for Real Estate & help people accomplish homeownership for every stage of their lives and hasn’t looked back.

Margie is married to Mike who is a mortgage loan officer. Together they work and live in the Silverton section of Toms River in Ocean County, New Jersey with their children. They spend their free time on the water, traveling, & enjoying friends & family. Margie also enjoys reading, cooking and exploring homes and communities all of all types.
